If you come home from work after 8 pm you can't find a parking spot even close to your building. You have to park by the leasing office. The maintenance was okay, but you have to really hound them to fix things. The maintenance manager is really good, just ask for his number to begin with.
Why would they put a deaf couple upstairs' Nothing against them, it's just they can't tell how loud they're walking!! Leasing office people are nice sometimes, but only to your face. If you don't like forrest animals, you may not want to live here by the woods. The raccoons tear things up and are frightening to face when you're coming home from work and maintenance STILL hasn't fixed the light on the walkway! Oh, and the apartment looked nothing like the model as far as cleanliness. When I moved in, there was an old rusty bike on my patio and 2 old car tires next to the walkway, black spots showing through the caulk from the bathtub, cracked vanity siding, there was severe water dammage under the sinks that they didn't even try to cover up, and we found a HUGE spiderweb in the oven-where one of the burners didn't work. Gross. Aren't they supposed to clean these things before you move in'
