Before I moved down to FL I read reviews on many many apartments and pretty much all of them had bad reviews, so I figured it was just the people who were mad about something that wrote them all. I moved in here about almost 3 months ago, and so far I really can't complain that much. Everyone in the leasing office has been very pleasant and helpful. There is quite the mix of people here..from college kids to the "minorities" that everyone is scared of...but everyone keeps to themselves. Not once have I felt uncomfortable around the other people.
I'm not saying that EVERYTHING is perfect. The gate is almost always broken. The trash is rarely emptied..so it smells. One of my neighbors plays music loud until 3 or 4am on weekdays. It takes maintenence a really long time to come around, but they get the job done when they arrive. And my last complaint is that the paint that they use on the counters is awful, everything sticks to it. It is constantly peeling off and getting paper stuck on it.
OKay, so thats my opinion. Overall I'm pretty happy here, but I may look elsewhere if the rent goes up. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
