About a year ago we were so desperate that we basically said "yes" to the first place we saw, which was this complex. We noticed the apartment complex was pretty old and the actual apartment needed a big update but that was no big deal. Along the months, we noticed the complex deteriorating more and more. If the grees grow a little more it would like a forest, the grass: no, there is no grass, the insects are horrible and I have lived in Florida my whole life but never have noticed the large quantities in cochroaches and lizards. When we first moved in we let them know about the mold in the Kitchen cabinets and when they came in and sprayed a liquid on them, it didnt help and basically told us not to use them. For the year that we've lived hear, there has been 2 breakins. Everyday we go to sleep with the AC unit being loud; which doesn't even cool, the dryers take twice as long to dry, the fire alarms are always broken, the gates never work, the gate telephone is useless, the tennis courts disgusting, the pools dirty and the fitness center only has 2 machines that work properly. I haven't had any contact with the leasing office but we are definitely moving out by our 12th month. It is definitely not worth what we are paying!!!
