I've been told by the office staff of all the new changes. They are under NEW management. Under construction and remodeling the entire property outside and the apartments inside as well. It's a lot of work to be done. Living here on day to day basis I have seen improvements.

One thing I really like is that the new management is going to be offering a resident activity which I think is great!

The location is good and the school that my son goes to is great!

I think by the time the construction and remodeling is all done this property will be looking really good :)

The fitness center is very nice full of equipment and free weights two big indoor Racquetball rooms. Two great pools now ready to use with brand new pool furniture.

Soon to come a cyber cafe!!

I'm much exited about what's coming. Guys just are Patience it's a lot of work and soon we will all see it.

Is about time a Respectful company took time to notice this property and purchased it. Really taking over and working so hard to make this a nice place to live at. I really won't worry too much about the bad things because bad things Happens everywhere!!

I'm telling all my friends, family, co-workers and all of you who read this to come and check it out.

only apartments get renovated if no one is living in them...you got the wrong information sorry Alicia

they arent even renovating the empty apartments, my neighbor moved out well over 7 months ago and they still havent even went inside to clean it yet...thats why they cant get rid of the roaches, because they are disgusting!
