For the two people who wrote a review on 7/17 and 7/18 they must be working in the leasing office. Because to date we have been waiting for our oven to be serviced for about a month. Maintenance sucks and the leasing office doesn't care. They take forever and a day to fix things. Minimum 5 business days before they come out, 3 business days to assess problem, then another 5-14 days before its actually done! The price of the apartment is way too much as well. We thought it was worth because of the gate...NOT! Just wait for person to come in and you can pigback, matter of fact if you wait for someone to exit you can enter that way too. Expect a bug problem (roaches, excesive ants, lizards etc) because the complex is right by the woods. Oh yeah you pay for water TWICE, once with the leasing office and then with OUC (were still tryin to fight it). Raleigh is right up the block and guess what at night we can hear gunshots, yes gunshots! And we've heard them way before 4th of July, with police sirens blarring behind it (and yes we know the difference between gunshots and fireworks). Oh and lets not forget the flood zones, which is everywhere. Their sprinkles come on EVERYDAY (isn't that a water voliation I'll call Monday), and on our side its mainly watering mulch. But it gets better when like now its rainy season and the sidewalks get flooded. Leasing is told...do they care' HELL NO! SOOOOOOOOO if your in desperate need of being ignored, sweddled out of your money, disrespected, entering your home with SOAKED feet, living in a high crme area, then move here you'll love it. PS not renewing lease 1 hellish year is enough.
