I have been living in this community for 9 months now and love it. Yes like any where you go there is a few that spoil it. Yet I have to say that the office staff are quick to take care of any situation that may arise. They got it together and are great with their work orders. Whenever I have an issue they are there to help me. Gates may not be currently working yet the office staff inform their resident that it is due to gate keys not available at the moment and all the move in that have not acquired one can't get locked out. Once they recieve them the gate will be closed once again. This is a wonderful community and I feel safe in it. Like a previous posting I totally agree crime is not prejudice and is all over. We have to face reality and just do what we can to keep ourselves safe. It's not the office staff fault or responsiblity of what happen, yet they do all they can in their power to assist all their resident. Want to live in a Great friendly environment well Kirkman is it.

I guess I have higher standards thats all I love where I live now and I have none of the previous problems stated. Just glad to have gotten out of there before something worse happened as it does every night on kirkman road.

Obviously this is a person from the office staff.I have lived here for two years and can not wait to move out. The gate has NEVER worked! The gym is rarely open and the management and groundsmen have changed 5 or more times since I have been here. Oh do not forget the creepy guy exposing himself in the gym and it was all over the news. If it was gated and safe why are kids from Carver shores are always in our pool?I have a bad ant problem, mold and black bugs in my unit. Do not be fooled by these reviews. Parking is a nightmare after 5pm and many people have 3 or more cars or the kids who pull fire alarms during the day and middle of the night. There are a couple who have 5 cars and take up all the parking spots in my area of the complex .Maybe the time the police and helicopter was looking for a criminal in the complex at 3 in the morning. These are clearly office staff writing these reviews. The ad in apartment guide states gated community, heated pools and other amenities , what a joke! Look at Town and country at kirkman and see other recent reviews that are acurate. I also see many people move out every month. They will try to charge you unneccessary fees. But, will say that the groungs are kept up and the parking lot are clean. Instead of the recent move in of ghetto folk who are yelling outside in the middle of the night with the windows up. Good Luck in moving here!
