I have been staying here for about 4 months and this is the worst place I have ever stayed...The property ------- ----- is so rude, She have no respect for the people who pay rent. She's an emotional reck doesn't have an idea of what customer service is. The property is beautiful and all the other leasing agents are pretty decent. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here if you don't like being treated like a child.

Totally agree! The management is very poor and she is very direspectful. Call the district ------- and complain. It is there jobs to have quality customer service and professionalism. They even removed the front gate,although we have never had a back gate. I would never advise anyone to move here. The past positive comments are from the property -------. Anyone who has resided here knows that this place has gone to crap. The main pool now do not work. I refuse to let my children go out side , use the pool or go to the leaseing office. I rather pay my rent online, so there is no interaction. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

I live here and have not had these issues? I do love that I can pay my rent online. I go to the office once in awhile to get an air filter or pick up my packages and they are always really nice. I know that they try to make Kirkman nice- I like it and I dont remember the pool being closed? Maybe it was- I work alot. I like it though- I swim sometimes in the evenings at the big pool when i get home from work- it is nice and quiet then- I have not had a bad encounter with the ------- or the other girls in the office?

The people who are complaning about Kirkman are the same degenerates that always expect something for nothing. I am not affiliated with anyone in the office and have not had any issues with them when I have had a problem. I have seen first hand the ------- talked down to to her face and it sickens me that these people are even allowed to breath. I have lived here for almost a year and other then the occasional noisy neighbor or a car break in (which in this area of town is common everywhere) it is a great place to live. The grounds look nice with the new mulch and it is kept as clean as possible. It must be hard to keep a big property clean when the people that live here have no respect and throw trash everywhere. So if you don't like living here get out.
