By far the worst place to live ever, drug deals, crime, bugs, flooding. Horrific we moved in, in December and it's July now. Originally we were supposed to move into our first apartment together, which was kinda of a big deal. We signed our lease and gave them over $3,000.00 and our apartment was not even ready! it was ready 12 hours later! Be prepared that no one get's back to you on anything, maintenance, pest control, phone calls etc. I am extremely un-happy and as a female walking to my door at night by myself makes me nervous unless my boyfriend is home. Parking is always a problem, we have seen drug deals going on and the roof is falling apart, when it rains you have to swim to your front door. If you do need maintenance use the manager of maintenance.

Call corporate office of Saywer Realty holdings and speak with ------ the district manager. Go on the resident site to put in work orders because they will deny ever getting one. Also you can e-mail corporate through the resident site. Call police when drug deals go down. I do agree that the apartments have gone down alot since they allowed anyone to rent here. I too will move when the lease expires. If the problem persists call the BBB and seak legal assistance. The property manager is a joke and will pretend to write wonderful things on here to make it seem as if she cares. We have had six in the past 3 years. They must do their part by the law. They have removed the front gate which makes it a completely open complex. I have seen police cars there several times of the day and night.
