Don't get this place confused with Knights Krossing. Knights Landing is well-maintained and has a mix of student/young professional residents. The apartments are very large and the rent is reasonable. Not a whole lot of insulation between apartments but most people in the complex are pretty quiet. The maintenance guys are great - we had only a few problems and they were fixed immediately, even when we had to call after hours. My biggest complaint is that they didn't return my security deposit (no, they didn't say we damaged anything - they just didn't return it) but it was only $300 so I wrote it off. We also had a few ants in the summer but the complex got Orkin to get rid of them quickly. Overall, Knights Landing is reasonably priced, reasonably quiet, and VERY close to UCF and the Research Park.
