There are not enough words to describe this Apartment Community. These apartments are a great place to call home! Situated close to just about any major shopping plaza, companies, schools and ofcourse UCF. These great spacious apartments are overall trouble free. Families love them, students adore them and what can I say, I just wont move from here. These apartments have a 1,000 square feet of living space (WOW)that consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a formal dining room and a HUGE Kitchen. If you live in the downstairs apartment you get a fenced in backyard, tiled floors throughout and upstairs apartments have a nice combination of berber carpet and vinyl throughout, spacious balcony and trust me, much more.

Here you?ll never hear complaints or rumors throughtout the complex, because everyone is soo happy and satisfied with the care and treatment the office staff and maintenance personnel gives its residents. This is the perfect place to have peace and quiet after a long day at work or at school. Best of all, the neighbors are friendly!

So take the advice from a resident that has lived here for 7 years and counting that THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!!
