Cheep good location with problems

At first we were promised an apartment and when we were set to move in and our other lease had expired we were left homeless for 2 weeks.
New nicer management. Maintance is not good at fixing problem. Ants have invaded my kitchen numerous times. Spent winters sick because of suspected mold and poor air conditioning and heat.
Partical board Counter top is soft and damaged and was nver fixed after several complaints. Pantry ceiling caved in rueining food.
