I've lived here for about a year and wouldnt mind renewing the lease, but i'm about to move into a house. Knights Landings has its goods and bads. The price is rather cheap. The location to Ucf is unbeatable and it's really quite around here. Some bad things are that the view from some backyards are looking directly upon another unit so it's not very private. You have a fenced in backyard when your on the bottom but that becomes more of a hassel then a amenity because you have to cut all the grass, or weeds to more correct. Also there was some ant problems but they did call orkin when it was necessary.Some of the minor bad points are the walls are kinda thin so you can sometimes catch whats going on in the above unit and counter tops and drawers are partical board and a little flimsy. The only other thing is Knights landing doesnt have a pool or anything.
