i have been here for some time and i do not recommend that others follow in my mistake. since i have been here, i have seen four managers come and go...each time they get stupider.

because of the past hurricanes, the fenses (my main reason for being here because of my dog)were destroyed. it has been six months and they are still not restored. after complaining and putting up a huge fight, they finally agreed to waive the 50 dollar price difference that down stairs pay for the backyards. they have not told all the tenents that have lost the fences. i spread the word to my neighbor and they were outraged that they were still paying the fifty extra dollars.

i also have a major roach and ant problem. the ants are especially a huge problem during the summer.

the maintance guys are very kind and try their best to help you...if they get the message from the office in the first place. i am still waiting for them to come and fix my toilet. once again, the management is the main problem.

i do have to admit though that it is pretty safe, and normally quiet. just don't move here. it is not worth it in the long run.

i should have moved when my lease was up the first time, but i could not face my then roommate.
