It's got a good location and there is a shuttle, which is nice if you're a student. However, the management is not terrible friendly, the maintenance is slow and rarely fixes things right the first time (if ever). I keep my apartment very clean, but I have had a problem with ants since I moved in 6 months ago. This is evidence that the pest control offered is a joke. Buildings are old, so the floorboards on the second floor are soft and squeaky. Also, a ridiculous pet fee applies to all animals, even if they can't do $300 worth of damages. Personally, I don't plan on renewing my lease. If you're looking for cheap and don't expect much this is an okay place to live. If nothing else, it's convenient for UCF.
