Mold and Rate hikes

Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2007-01-01

I have had problems for months, mold, ants and attitudes. Broken A/C, and everything else except the refridgerator. Never fixed and now they want to raise the rent by $70 dollars a month. Management is nice to your face, but if nothing is fixed then does that matter? And the maintence guy is scary beyond all reason. I even had a electrical fire because maintanence guy improperly installed an A/C part.
