Alright, so I'll admit that this apartment has some good features: The dining room is pretty large, which is big enough for a large computer desk and a dining room table (or you could do what we did and turn it into another bedroom). The living room is a decent size, the kitchen is very large, and the bedrooms are both a good size. The parking is usually really good unless there's a party going on, but there are a lot of spots. It seems safe, although my car was stolen from there... The bad things are that the kitchen, although large, looks like something from 1982. The applainces are extremely old and yellowed, the fridge drawers are cracking, the stove vent doesn't work, and I prefer to stay away from the dishwasher because I really don't think it does it's job very well. The bathrooms are pretty gross, and mold is EVERYWHERE. I wasn't surprised when I read other people's reviews on this place, because when you look at the AC vents in the ceiling they're completely BLACK and covered in mold. It's really, really disgusting. Another problem is that there's so much mold in the bathroom and the ventilation (in the master bath) isn't very good (there's a vent switch in the guest bath but not the master), so the mold makes the room smell really bad, and it's impossible to keep a towl hanging on the rack for more than a day or two, because it starts to smell like a dirty sock. The price is cheaper than most for the size, but I'd say it's only worth it if you rid your apartment of the mold first. Everything else is acceptable, but the mold just leaves a horrible smell all around the apartment, and I'm really afraid of what it's done to my health these last couple of years. Be sure to check your apartment out before you finalize your plans...
Oh, and it's really obvious to see when the management has written a review... Kinda shady for them to deceive people into thinking it's a clean and great place to live.
