Knights landing is a great place to live. It is close to UCF (on the UCF Shuttle route) and all the shopping you can think of (Waterford Lakes Town Center). I lived here in 2005 - 2006 and the maintenance people were not that great. When you asked for something to get done it would take a few time to get it right or it was never right at all. What a difference 2 years makes.... When I moved back here in 2008 this place was transformed very nicely. There is a new resident manager and better staff now. When it comes to apartment issues, the manager is right on it. She fills out a report and it is taken care of very quickly. There is a monthly meet & greet and a crime watch meeting every 3 months. There is Neighborhood Watch here now, thanks to great neighbors that pulled together and got this started. There is plenty of parking. Quite the quiet neighborhood. The only thing that I could think of as a con would be the fact that this place is old so the floor boards are a little worn and you can hear your upstairs neighbors walk (only of they are heavy on their feet!). Other then that I love calling Knights Landing my home!
