This is a very clean and extremely friendly environment! I love that it's so close to UCF and to shopping. It's not student housing but it still includes the free UCF shuttle! It's cheaper than living in a 4/2 student housing apartment in my experience and I absolutely love that I can have pets! I only have one amazing roommate and we have extremely nice staff members. Every morning that I wait for the shuttle, one of the maintenance guys drives by and says hi to me. I love our huge kitchen, our dining room, and our adorable balcony! So far, this is the BEST place that I have lived in the UCF area! I hope to stay here for a few more years!
