Unbelievable! (in a good way)

I have lived at four different apartment complexes along Alafaya- all around the university and all with shuttles. This was by far the best. The management (Cheryl) is amazing. Never had a problem with her- she was always willing to work with us. I'm only moving because of school. Maintenance is also pleasant- fix things well and are pretty amicable. The downstairs apts have backyards, which is a rare find. Families are allowed, so beware of kids dancing over your head (thud thud thud) at all hours. Of course, Cheryl would speak with them when it happened. And while Alafaya in general can be rowdy and downright dangerous (I know, I've walked through broken glass often, had my car towed, woken up to people screaming at each other, had people try to break in at other apts, and been held at gunpoint), this place is separated from that. Never felt unsafe at night. Mostly families, students and immigrants living here- no one looking for trouble. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
