I've had no problems with parking. The buildings are far enough apart that you don't normally hear noise from the other buildings, but the inside walls are like paper, you can hear everything.

I moved into a new building and have found that the contractor built everything as cheaply as possible. There are cracks in the walls as the buildings settle, the windows leak, the floors creak, I've had problems with 2 washing machines, the hot & cold faucets in the bathroom were backwards,
one (new) apartment near me had to have an outside wall replaced already and many of the buildings already have green mildew on the outside. One maintenance man (now long gone) admitted that it took them months to fix all of the problems with each new building because the contractor was so sloppy.

Management is unreliable. The office staff has turned over at least twice in 2 years with at least 3 different managers. They have lost my paperwork, messed up my lease renewals and are continually late in notifications of things that require that we do something (like move our cars).

The maintenance here has never been good. The fountains look great, but the one in front of my apartment was out of order for an entire year! Everytime I asked, I was told that they were "working on it", but they finally had to hire someone to fix it.

I have to cross SEVEN speed bumps from Alafaya Trail to my apartment and some are so high that you have to creep across them.

In my area, there were lots of noisy college students in the first year, but they seem to have left and it's quieter now.

I thought that it would be quiet here, it looks really nice on the outside and and I love the loft in my apartment, but considering the long drive to anywhere and the high rent, I don't intend to stay when my lease runs out.
