To the last person who posted,,,the gate was repaired a whole 2 days and than someone rammed it and broke it,,Maintenance is a big joke here,,They spend more time on the golf carts than doing there work.I see them in pairs socializing outside .Hey if theres a resident party.You ll see maintenance helping them selfs to the beers and getting publiicaly inttoxicated.The contruction of these aparts where poorply made and therefore everything is rotting AFTER only 3 years,,My apt was not turned when i moved in.I had electical outlet plates off and sitting on the floor,They never cleaned underneath the stove,fridge and the dishwasher area was never painted it was covered in firth..They did manage to spill paint everywhere and they nevered cleaned it up before i moved in.They rented me an apt with PEt urine stains in the carpet and than tried to say it was calking stains.Thats the oldest lie in the business.Especailly since where the stains where located on the carpet there was nothing near by that calking would have been done..Work orders and reqests go un answered unless you threaten to go an lawyer around here..THe so called water fountains are almost dried up.The lights inside them which have been not working for months are smoking at night due to the lack of water therefore you know the motor which takes a whole 5 minutes to repair is a disaster waiting to happen..I not sure what the heck is wrong with this company.The need to replace the Office staff and Get some REAL maintenance in here that is not so worried about having PR flags on there gofl carts which are offensive.This is the USA and our boy s and girls are dying for this county not PR,Sure they have one of the lowest dep in the area and good rates,,But who wants to live in a place that says they care verbally and by there actions does the oppostie'How would you feel if you moved into a so called luxary apt and saw dead raoches in every light fixture of your room'That tells me the maintenance never turned the apt and leasing never did follow up on the cleaning lady prior to move in.The swimming pool in the back is nasty,,THe maintenance never keep the pool clean and half the time the hot time in the front pool is down,,,,This place needs to be improved.If i knkew whom owned this place i would sent them a detail letter on the conT: ....The manager in the office ignors you when you have problems,She runs and hides..She is not able to effectivly resovle issues...She lets her staff do what ever.botom line dont rent here..The grounds is a joke,,I have been here 6 months,, i still have the same trash in my brushes when i moved in,,The ground guy plays preten maintenance.He only picks up trash if it is in his direct line of vision..Other communities dont allow the grounds guy to RIDE a golf cart,,How are you gonna see hidden trash and cig butts'.Again,, the need a new maintenance staff.One that cares about where they work and live.not walk by things that would only take a sec to repair..Keep the pools cleans,,ect,,They need staff in the office that knowes how to effectivly write works orders,,Check apts before someone moves in,,,get a cleaing lady that can clean,,,,Not spend all day visiting resdients and than shining up fixatures
