I think that it is really sad when you pay so much for an apartment and when you need something fixed or a favor, they treat you like you are inconvieniencing them and that they are doing you a really big favor for letting you live here....I really hate to say that the office staff is so unfriendly and uncaring for their tenants...They were so sweet and kind when I looked at the apts and was deciding on signing the lease, after the lease was signed it was like they had a Jekyl and Hyde personality!......I never complain, even though my kitchen windows leak, the neighbors are loud, they may not really be loud, it is that these apts are so cheaply made, walls paper thin, it is almost as if they put the apts up in a day,..
This is very unusual for the Stoney Brook area, it is a Beautiful growing area, it really is a shame to be treated like this......I think that maybe if they got rid of the Office Manager, ---------, put someone that was REAL in her position, things could turn around!
