Please do whisper at night, otherwise neighbors complain

the main problem I had is that I get noise complains way too easily. I had to whisper to talk to 3 friends at night. I'm not loud or anything, but the ceiling is just way too thin, I can hear my neighbor upstairs walking or flushing etc... I woke up once finding thousands of bugs INSIDE on the window area, I have no idea how they pushed their way in at the same time. I got bitten and stung pretty badly. It happened twice. The management called for bug control but didn't help. Finally, my mom put duct tapes all across the ledge next to the window and that stopped the problem... I don't know if I recommend this place, it's gorgeous and all. It's also about 10 minutes drive to the closest intersection...
