I lived here for 6 months.Like so many other comments about ------ and rest of on site staff much to my disapointed i have to state,They where nice to you signed the lease.Than if you needed something repair.They made you feel as if you where a inconvience or a bother.I could live with the controll acess gate being broken.As one person stated you can hear everything.I moved into a 2bedroom/loft.The lady below me from day one had anger issues and domestic prolbmes and decided to make our family the object of her anger.Complains where made one that i had music on a 3 am.When at 3 am I was at work.I was disapointed b/c noone from the office called me to verifie this.They just beleive the folks down below whom by the way would fights at 2 am and bang the fist on the walls. I couldn't even decorate my apt home with out creating the loonies below from having a fist wall banging party,,It was juvinellish....------ ran and hide from the issue.I wasnt mean or nasty,,It all comes down to Tarragan managment.If you break the lease they slam you hard on your credit report like they did to me,,,,SO beware!!!!These places need to take on sight residents surveys,,Otherwise bottom line is.. they dont care what you think or need after you move in.As long as the staff keeps the place filled than to them people like ------ are god's gift,to apt buisness,SO Go across the street to Wisper Lakes.Brand new and build more solid,aparts,,with only 5 families living there right now,,One month FREE,,,
