The people who wrote the under comments are insane! Yes, it will not be perfect what do you expect... somehow I see that spoiled brats wrote the comments below. So what you have a little mold on the window, I did to and all you have to do is take a little bleach on a rag and wipe it clean.. ooooooh big deal! The managment have a lot of people to please, and will get to you when they can. I will be renewing my lease when it expires.. I love it here..It is quiet and when you don't want to be bothered by parties.. this is definetly heaven on earth.. me and my roomate have the 2 bdrm loft and LOVE IT... we wouldn't live anywhere else for anything...

So stop complaining and be a little bit more motivated to fix small things yourself..they arent your mothers..

Anyone looking in here, just ask to look at which apt. you will be getting.. make sure the carpet is nice and there are no visible problems and you will be fine...
