I have lived in Vintage on the Green for almost 2 years. There have been problems with some of the apartments. My roommate and I have had only had a few problems, and nothing too big. Someone wrote in a previous review that there are a lot of rodents. I will preface that it IS in a preserved area, and the raccoons do NOT jump at you, they are afraid of you. I have two dogs, and not once have I had a wild animal hiss at them. If you call a deer walking across the street a wild creature, then, perhaps you are right. I have seen many deer cross the street. I have never seen a dead animal on the side of the road. In regards to the other review about Alafaya Trail, didn't you drive to the apartment complex, before you signed the lease' At least it is not a problem to pull out of the neighborhood, because rarely is traffic that herendous. All in all, my experience has been fairly positive. If you are nice to the maintenance guys, they are more inclined to help you, when you need it. However, management is not so great.
