This is a lovely complex. They do have some issues with the fountains, and occasionally with the gates. (I'm hoping the fountains get fixed soon because mosquito season is coming up!) There is a mold problem, but this is due to construction...they are working on it always.

I had a problem in my first apartment there. The staff took immediate action, were attentive and polite, and took care of business with very minimal inconvenience for me. In fact, they took care of virtually everything, immediately. This is great performance for a staff in a large apartment complex. I truly appreciate their excellent service and gracious attention, especially in this day and age!

My upstairs neighbors are sweethearts but I hear them, as I am sure they hear me...it's an apartment, after all. So we share an understanding regarding the inevitable noise level.

I see the repairs ongoing, for leaks, walls, etc. From start to finish, it takes very little time and is neatly done.

The area is quiet. The scenery is beautiful. I love living in a townhome-style apartment surrounded by woods and golf-course instead of a barren parking lot. The exterior appearance of the units is lovely, as well.
