The apartments at Vintage are very appealing to the eye. Right on the golf cource, gated, and multiple water fountains in cute ponds. Its quiet most the time....
Except when the lawn mowers decide to come around early in the morning so you cant sleep, and when they hire a whole fleet of construction workers to re-install a new wall in your neighbors apartment and take forever to finish. Take some advice and hire some --------... I've seen brand new houses go up quicker!! Not to mention they also come out in the morning to work while some people may want to continue sleeping.
Don't get me started on the racoons. Taking the trash out is now a sport. The point of game is to throw your trash towards the can from as far away as possible so the racoons that might come out the hole dont come after you.. I highly doubt they would, but still their scary.
The road to get to the apt's is a one lane where the speed limit is 55 but everyone is scared to go that fast so you most likely get stuck behind the Brady Bunch that drives no more than 45 all the way home, and thats on a good day. Windows leak you can smell the sewage in the air at certain times of the day, and the staff would be better off letting the racoons run the place when it comes to friendliness. Trust me, im moving ASAP.
