ALL apts are noisy.Your find a/c units on all bottom floors by lower apts windows ANY WHERE in orlando.Believe me i know.i have lived in over 10 different apts in orlando over 15 years.I have went and viewed many apts in many years from this area to disney area. My only complained here is the high electric bills,,,This community has great amenties.They offer many activies for the residents.More so than any placed i ever lived...Dont move across the street to brand new wipser palms..I lived there 9 months and it was a nightmare.They did nothing for the residents.They have hired felons to do the maintenance.I have friends over the years with stated issues posted on the web sight..apt is an apt..Your only find the solidtude you dream and long for in being a home owner...
