I had been living in this property for a little less than a year and belive me my experirience have been everything but pleasant. To move me in evry body have a smile in their face the manager was the best person in the office and the leasing agents were great. To collect their money or complain about what ever you do wrong they are the best. The problems start when you have an emergency and start calling because your a/c is broken or you need any other emergency service belive me if you are dying by the time they get in contact with you your body will be decompose. If for any reason they need to order any part for you it will take for ever for them to come back and install it. This place is not customers service oriented. Another thing is mold this place have a lot of problem with mold I saw the apartment next to mine been repaired few months ago and belive me it was not a nice view all the wood was rotten from the first floor all the way to the second floor and I can not explain how it stay together the worst thing was how they repair it and open those moldy walls with people living in the second floor. I don`t know how much are they wory about their residents healt but they expose this people and also my self because I have to walk in front of this every day for almost a month. This place is pretty but it is located inside the woods and have a very poor ilumination. the main lights in the buildings have been out for months and no body seen to wory about it. If you compare this property with the other properties in the same area you will see the big difference between them in quality of life, customers service, amenities and clearly here the management have a very diferent opinion on what should be a LUXURY APARTMENTS COMUNITY if this is what they call Luxury I don`t wnt to see one of their average apartment cmplex. Over all this place is very cheap, construction, management, maintenance, service, amenities, etc. I invite you to take a drive and see by your selfas soon as you see all the construction all the walls down and I almost forgot if you work at night come here the construction crew start working at 7:00 am untill almost 7:00 pm. Just come to see it by your self bejfore you move in.
