I have had almost no problems with this complex. The apartments are beautiful and very well priced (especially considering the demand in this area). The grounds are nice and well suited for pets and children. All of my maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. The complex did suffer some damage during the last hurricane season - it was discovered that the seals around the windows weren't correct and some apartments had some water leakage - but this is being fixed as soon as an apartment is vacant. The insulation is above average for most apartment complexes. Take a look - you will love it.
