NOISE
I've lived here for the past 2 years. Never had a problem with neighbors until 2004. Downstairs neighbor complained I was too loud when I had friends playing a card game. No big deal, he ended up going to his mom's house I guess. But we seriously were not noisy. Often I hear his door close when he goes to work. Other than that, not a big deal.

GROUNDS
Grounds should be kept up a little more. Apartment downstairs was redone after mold hit, and the shrubs they removed were never put back. Mulch is non-existent so all you see is dirt when you're walking in, which isn't that cool when you have guests come over.

SAFETY
I feel 100% safe here. Never had a problem.

MAINTENANCE
Not a problem in this area. Had an A/C problem fixed within 2 days. Only hurricane damage I had was the top of my chimney (the tin part) blown off, but was fixed later on. But I usually use the fireplace as decoration anyways.

BUGS
Have had a few problems. For a while we did have cockroaches but bought some bug spray and they've since been gone.

STAFF
Staff has always been nice to me. I'm not best friends with them, but they're nice. The ONLY problem I've had is having a FedEx shipment that I was told by FedEx was dropped at the office and when I called the office they said no one had it. Two months (yes, two months) later I got a phone call that I have not picked up a shipment that was there for a long time. And it was the shipment that I was told by the office never arrived.

IN CONCLUSION
Could this complex use a little work' Of course, no apartment complex is perfect. But being away from traffic, it being nice and quiet...I am happy living here. Friends think my apartment is so beautiful. Although after reading some reviews I feel bad I pay more for my 2bed/2bath loft than others even though I've been here 2 years...but what can I do' But I've lived in 3 ghetto apartment complexes so this complex is great to me!

IDEA:
Don't make the complex affordable to college students. That's why I moved here in the first place, but I've seen a lot more college students moving in.
