All the residents on here, past and present have SO much to say , but not enough money to buy a house. I have had an Apt here for a very long time with no problems , this is APARTMENT living in FLORIDA, animals and heat come with the the package , and the office staff is always pleasant and willing to help, unless you go in with a big attitude. Stop putting so much effort into complaining and start saving money for a house, then you have no one to complain to but yourself!

we would love to do just that,,but who the hell has any money left over these days when you live pay check to pay check in this area,?, all b/c the salary's do not match cost of living..Take a stroll over to a few more reviews,,Noone is happy any where,,Human nature i guess.Have you tried to buy a home in this area?Home prices have tripled in the last 5 years in this area,,Who can afford to buy or get finance?Home prices are out of most folks pockets.It is so easy for someone like you to make such a statement..I am sure everyone who has posted a complained on here.Would love to buy a home..Requardless of such.They are entitled to complain and live in a nice place.Apartment or not..If Vintage on the green would clean up and care for the apts.There wouldn't be any thing to complain about .Would there be now?

Isn't that interesting that you commented about money-they told me you had to make 3X's the rent in income- 1100 X 3= 3300 per month 39,600 per year- Thats more than enough to purchase a home. I hope you read this and your health is okay as the replacement of windows and wood has certainly uncovered black mold on all the buildings. The main reason for writing either positive comments or negative comments is to let others know what they are not told when looking at the apartments. People will make a better decision, maybe you can look at this as not complaing yet, sharing or educating.

BUY A HOUSE AND YOU WILL STILL HAVE BLACH MILDEW . ITS NOT MOLD .WHEN EVER I SEE A SPOT OF MILDEW I SPRAY IT WITH BLEACH.. oh my it disapeared

you know what this really makes me mad that a person has the guts to assume that because I live in knightsbridge that I dont have money...SCREW that...I am a college student paying more in rent than my parents mortgage!!!! (three time as much to be accurate) I chose Knightsbridge not because Im poor and cant afford a house but I don't want to buy a house at this point and I was promised a quite and clean living environment. If I would have known what this place was all about I would have never moved here in the first place. This apartment complex is a joke and so are you for assuming something like that. obviously you dont have enought to buy a house and should watch what you say before you go and judge....Living at knightsbridge has been a horrible experience and I plan to find somewhere that is worth the $1300 a month. (maybe a house)
