Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
...in renting or, God forbid, buying one -------------------------- take my advice. Be sure to inquire as to whether or not your apartment was repaired after water damage from the hurricanes. My apartment had water damage around the door during Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne and during one of the TS's last summer. It was never repaired...only painted over. I'm sure they won't tell you that.
