Absolute Nightmare! My boyfriend and I moved in mid July before the construction started. Management never told us that our apartment was going to be totally renovated while we were there. We had our walls blown out in the living room and bedroom, holes big enough that we could crall outside. They fixed our walls by drilling ply wood into the inside of our apartment wall. We didnt have blinds on our windows for months, instead we had paper taped to the wall and window. We ended up getting a month of free rent because of the holes, but come the next month all we got was $100 off our original $1015 rent. When I went into complain that the walls still were not fixed she said to go ahead and take an extra $100 off, which they said we owed them when we turned in our keys. I told them they could sue me for it and that they were lucky I didnt call the better business bureauon their crappy management. (-------, the manager is the -----! Treated my boyfriend and I like we were 10 years old.)

The worst part of this whole experience was that my boyfriend and I were seniors at UCF while all this was going on and the construction workers were in our apartment constantly, having to do new drywall, plaster, paint, put blinds up (after we complained) while we were trying to study and pretty much just live in our freaking apartment in privacy. They never even replaced the outside lights so we had to walk up to our apartment at night in the pitch black. Trash was everywhere and every time I walked outside the workers stared me down like I was a piece of meat.

There is absolutely no landscaping on any of the apartments other than the ones that they were trying to sell. Parking is ridiculous because there are workers parking everywhere and there were at least 2 dumpsters located in the parking area by our apartment.

So I would never recommend anyone to even visit ------------------ apartments!
