Moved in a few months ago after construction was done to convert the apartments into condos. I have not seen a bug problem whatsoever, but when it rains hard, it comes underneath my front door. Oh well - the parking here has gotten pretty bad - after they were told they wouldn't be selling these as condos, a whole bunch of people have moved in. Now I have to usually walk a building over with two small children. The KB maintenance workers are really nice, might have to ask management a few times to get something accomplished. But the workers they have coming in here for construction! They have left tools in front of my door (again, two small kids), trash and yes, even underwear! I think they were using it as a rag, but come on! I feel really safe in this complex though. Main thing is, thank goodness they're not selling them. There is spray paint on the mirrors, paint all over the place, and all of my cabinets are coming undone. This is just a temporary move for us, but it's not so bad as far as apartments go. However, there is one really rude staff member at the clubhouse. What can you do' CELL PHONES DO NOT WORK BACK HERE!!!!! At my building anyway. You have to go outside or around the corner!
