I have lived at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook since right before the new management changed over. It has been a good experience so far. I love my apartment! It is very spacious with a lot of windows which has definitely helped me save on my electric bill. I've had about two minor maintenance request that were taking care of right away! I love that after a hard day of work i get to come home and relax to a nice & quiet community. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice & private community, plus you get to use their golf course a discount rate for being a resident!(since the new staff took place)

Windows help save on electric in Florida? Anywhere for that matter? lol. Clearly a management post (for anyone that's wondering). Funny thing is, they probably thought this was clever. With all of their blatant attacks on other residents' posts here (where they've signed up as a resident to leave immature, arbitrary hostile remarks to berate the people leaving negative comments...very smart guys...you tricked us all, for 3.2 seconds), it's clear that management employees are probably the "lowest common denominator", super uneducated type folks. The funny thing about unintelligent people is that they really think they can trick or outsmart normal people. Give up, it's really sad. You're embarrassing yourselves. lol Next they'll post something here in an angry tone (possibly super "understanding", now that i've said angry), mad at me for accusing them of being staff. We've all learned from their other posts that they're not capable of putting themselves in others' shoes, so they won't be able to imagine what type of response to this will be believable. Watch. :-D This was better, on paper, than other times management rates their own place and gives themselves all "5's", so they'll be really angry that they were no more convincing even though they wasted points by giving themselves a "4" in some aspects. lol. You should have gone all-out and gotten your percentage up on the search list. :-D You tricked no one (except other people on your level, perhaps). Sorry! :-D
