The office staff is always pretty helpful although less on on the weekends when the mangaers are off. Maintenance is top knotch. For the most part, neighbors are pretty respectful but I have been battling with one for some time.
In my case, my loft is back to back with a moron's who has his entertainment center placed there. So lucky me, the noise from his Guitar hero and call of duty games make my place sound like a battlefield or like I'm right on stage with Ozzie. Lucky me. This dipstick doesn't seem to understand the concept of noise projection. So at 9pm at night when I want to read, it renders my living room, loft, kitchen, and dining room utterly useless as its hard to dodge incoming mortor rounds tripping over my accept pillows. That's 3/4 of my $1200 apartment that I cannot stand to be in plus the fear of taking a round in the chest.
The office has a curteosy patrol which doesn't do much good when Mr. Lynard Skynard wannabe is rocking out on his plastic guitar and won't answer the door. The office has written them 2 noise notices and we'll see if they manage to move their play station or discover the volume "down" button for the first time. While management did do that, the non-manager in the office that says to me "Well 9:15 isn't late at all" ...to you I say, come on over some night and enjoy the show with me. And I would gladly trade apartments with you, fork over your keys and I will start packing and you can play rock star with this dude.
And also - I guarantee that this putz is not forced into listening to my tapings of the Oprah show or Sex and the City. I know where my volume buttons area.

is this a real response or a bogus one???? i know this exact same review was posted a few days ago, but now it's deleted off that day and is the most recent one.....???? Why would anyone do that unless this is from someone who works there and they want to keep a decent review of their place at the top of the list if that's the case i'm gonna post numerous reviews to lower the approval rating to offset this.

yea you just seem to like to whine alot why dont u shut up and put your tv louder then his or get some damn head phones you do live in an apartment not a house.. all people do on here is ----- about stupid things.. makes apartment hunting real difficult for people who arnt ignorant or whine about everything.

Dictionary.com. Need I say more? Idiot. Sure people complain. Don't you want to know the pros and the cons before you sign away 1/2 your paycheck for the next year? Don't you want to be fully educated? Or is that over your pay grade? You have to read between the lines on these if you want any information that will help. This person thinks the maintenance is great. Excellent - thats a pro. They seem neutral on the office staff. And it sounds like the walls are made of tissue paper. Since they aren't (note the spelling of aren't - it's a contraction for "are not") complaining about bugs, robbery, or dogshit everywhere, then consider those things non issues for this person. Also, find some humor in life. Based on all of the reviews in the area, I'm ready to sign to this one or one more in Waterford Lakes. Comes down to the best deal now..
