Im posting a response i wrote to another review of this place as my own review so people can see it better. and i did revise it a lil so it will be understood better plus more detail.

Ok listen up people.. iv been checking out these reviews for virtually every single apartment complex by UCF and some in winter park i have driven to 6 or 7 apartments and by far!... for a single person and in my opinion familys to live.. by far! knightsbridge at Stoneybrook is the safest.. iv seen the most affordable because other places either require you to pay renters insurance along with your rent of $660 or more and or other stupid fees, and the apartments are really nice for the price so with that being said.. because this is the type of review i would be praying for since the reviews for the apartments iv seen except for this girls review were all useless and a bunch of whiners that whine about stupid lil things.. but yet complained so much about safety vs this place.. and believe me i dont want my car being broken into or stolen i work to hard...i mean this place has two frekin gates! both that work! lol

Now as for the noise i lived in a condo in tampa where i had cement walls and cement ceiling and guess what' you still hear a lil bit of noise from the upstairs.. why' because its an apartment people.. find a house if u dont want any upstairs or next door noise. So in conclusion if you want great value and safety and want to be in a nice rich looking area where everything is close by.. check this place out in my opinion and by driving and researching countless hours this week.. this is honestly the place to be. i just found a job out here and im going to be happy to call this place home.. o and another thing i found out the main pool is 24 hours! and the second closes at 10pm but damn vs other places that close at like 6pm' wat is that' well im done here. take care hope i helped u with my opinion and research.


o and p.s. im giving this place 5.0 even tho i havnt had any maint issues yet from whay i read the maint staff is great.

Yes, I will admit I am "whining" when I wrote my review regarding the KnightsBridge staff entering my dwelling without ever notifying us. However, to MOST normal and concerned people, it's technically a breach of contract and worth writing about. Until you actually sign a lease for an apartment complex, you shouldn't be writing reviews, whether they are positive or negative. This isn't rocket science people. And if you are going to spend time to write a paragraph like that, why don't you write it like a civilized individual?? Good luck future renters.

yea thats tru but most other apartments by ucf that are cheaper are based on income so if you make more then 23k or 24k a year you will not qualify to live in those places.

The office staff assured me that this complex is over 85% professionals with the remainder being UCF students. I have heard it relatively quiet at night since it is not an undergraduate party complex like others in the area or closer to UCF. It's higher cost though too.
