I lived there for two and half years. The main road is the dividing line between the good and bad side. More "incidents" happened on the bad side.
Denpending on what building you live in the parking is okay.
Per the other reviews, it's true the place is bad if you have class. The children have evidently not been taught manners. There is always a self proclaimed drug runner living in the community.
The office staff changes... like you change your underwear( THAT SHOULD BE A WARNING SIGN).
The apartments' inside is nice but if you live on the bottom against the railing for the stairs be prepared for inconsiderate people walking like elephants up the stairs.
Like most low income complexes if you have a repair that needs to be made they will do the minimal/cheapest repair possible.
All in all if you stay to your self... and don't mind a few breakins into homes, cars, and street brawls it's not to bad.

Maybe it is all he or she can afford. I lived there and I worked and saved and got out. Now my rent is more but I am safe and happy with where I call home. If I read these reviews I would never been there. Lake weston taaught mw to investigate apartments before renting them!!!!
