Moving from Brooklyn, NY Lake Weston gave the appearance like it was a nice, decent place to live. My apt. was beautiful & maintenance was prompt with problems & affordable...but THAT was the only good thing. Roaches,roaches, roaches...no matter how clean your apartment was, shootings, drugs, car vandalism, robberies,home invasions & the apartment complex was even locked down by the police one afternoon while they searched for car jackers. Did I mention it was right before school ended' Let's not talk about how unprofessional the management company was. The turn over rate was ridiculous. They were lost, & did not care about any complaints! I got the attitude from them like " Who cares, I don't live here! " The worst part, they don't let you out of your lease no matter how unsafe the conditions. That's fine but then when you leave...forget about a deposit...I don't care how good of a condition you leave the place. They need to invest all the deposits they don't give back to hire some real security & not little boys trying to get with women instead of securing the property! I hated it here & couldn't wait to leave. Did I mention all the roaches'!!! Rent at your own risk!!!!!
