I never had a problem with the office staff at the Lakefront, but I did have problems with maintenance issues and crime. My air conditioner leaked and maintenance always came when I called them about it, however, they never seemed to be able to fix it correctly. I finally ended up moving out early when they told me that an entire wall would have to be removed to take the a/c out. Also, they never cleaned up after themselves when fixing it. Also, someone tried to steal my roommate's car in broad daylight from the Lakefront parking lot. Another resident saw them and stopped it by calling police but not before they did $250 worth of damage. I heard about other cars being stolen and the police were always there for some reason. This is not a safe place for a single female for sure! Although I was never extremely unhappy here, I can't recommend it due to safety and maintenance problems.
