My wife and I moved into a 2-2 apt on the second floor in march of 2001. When we moved in the weather was still nice and cool with a breeze but once the hard times of the Florida summer hit you were roasting. The a/c never worked correctly every single time it was turned on it froze over leaving the apt at 100 degrees, maint. was called very very often for this problem and all they told us to do was thaw it out and it should work. Every day the maint people were called and every day the same thing no help was given and our power will went to a average of 180-190 a month for a 2 bedroom and we were still living in 100 degree heat.
Also the ONLY trash compactor in the apt constantly broke down so the residents threw their bags along side of it allowing more bugs to infest the apt area. When you recieved packages to your apt and you were not home the staff would sign for it and tell you someone else picked it up when the package was infact still in the office. Finally crime is very rampit in the complex, my car has been broken in to a total of 6 times "one reported,, police said it was common for the area and nothing came out of it" and keyed twice, the apt complex did not even care.

I would not recommend these apts to anyone i know or dont know. Stay safe go somewhere else
