The apartments aren't in the greatest of shape, but the 24 hour maintenance "team" is something to be said for. We had a little problem and they were there, promptly, to repair a broken window from a "football" game goin on.

There is DEFINATLY parking problems and we too always see people moving in and moving out, like a hotel or something. The walls are paper thin, you can even hear clearly, people's conversations if you have your TV off. We also had bugs - mainly ants and HUGE cockroaches, but SERIOUSLY, this is FL and WE HAVE ROACHES! Keep your crib clean and they usually don't have places to hide or "crap" to eat, ya know!

They do spend a lot of money updating the landscaping, which to me is a little overboard. Maybe they could make "family" areas, with a club house and picnic tables and grills or something...

Overall, we feel real safe here and the only trouble we have experienced was that of KIDS (knocking on doors, and someone stole a bag that we left outside on accident and took out our stuff and ditched the bag). Someone broke into our neighbors house, and I talked to the police, who said that crime NEVER happens in these apartments...usually near Conroy apartments.

The office staff here have ALWAYS been friendly, not the brightest crayons in the box, but at least respectable. The property manager is great too!
