If your thinking about living here....DON'T! It is one of the cheaper places in Metro West and you get what you pay for! The office staff are about the dumbest people I have ever seen. They are very friendly to the potential renters and talk the place up...even making false promises about safety and security. When I moved into the complex, they said that automatic gates were being installed the next week. Yeah! It's been a whole year and there are no gates. The north and south gates are locked whenever somebody feels like it and then not unlocked on time. I feel that since I have been there the quality of people that they are renting to has gone way down. This has in turn made crime get out of control. I believe that it is because of the quality of office people they hire for the front. Overall, this place sucks!
