I moved in about a year ago. This was my first apartment. I love it. Beside the ants and lound kids (one has a attention problem) below me, this is a really nice place to live. Mainly its quite. Pretty landscape and large pond behind the complex.
Management is really nice and helpful. The maitinance guys are very helpful and quick. They make sure to knock before entering. If someone from another company need to enter you apartment to fix something they are ALWAYS escorted.
My roommate and I got a great deal on this apartment. We have a two bedroom (both masters) with walkin closets and 2 baths. Market price was about $980 we got it for around $760. The management was more then helpful findind a price and helping move in.
When you movein make sure to turn in the form they give you to make a list of problems with the apartment because if you don't you will not get you mailbox key.
I suggest this apartments to anyone. I'm staying here till I graduate VCC and have to move to be closer to UCF.
