This place is awful.I moved here to save money.When u first move in everything is nicaand good looking. However maintenance is very lazy. My family got sick from all the disgusting mold in the ceilings. They had to fix my ceiling in my bathroom four times. The bathroom does not have a vent so there is alot of mold. The property manget just does not care because it looks like the projects. I would have rather stayed in a hotel.

The office is lazy. They feel that since you live in this type of area then you will just take want they will give you. I had to call "ALOT" of times for (most of the time the same) problems. The maintenance doesnt know what they are doing. I really believe they're just a crack head who is related to the manager. They are quick to put notes on your door but very slow to fix things. I have lived there for 2 years(which is too long) and had 4 different managers!!! They try to raise the rent because they so called made improvement like picking up the trash outside. My first few mos of staying there my stove were replaced 3'xs. My refrigerator went out. My ac unit stop was leaking water, I had cracks in my windows, kitchen counter was beginning to fall. Do I have time to talk about the terrible neighbors or the bad kids?? I have stayed their because of the cheap rent, but you get what you pay!!! its not worth it

i lived here for 6 years and i must admit that these apartments are small and not kept clean outside. its a good place for a family that cant afford more than 550 a month. its not where u live, its how u live. when anyone moves in the apartment, its up to you keep it clean and have less furniture and equipment in the home. i dont care how the outside looks, i just care about how im living inside my home. im living there with my mom and soon me and my boyfriend will be getting a place there. its a good start for a couple that has low income and has kids, and then save up to move somewhere better. these apartments are affordable, close to lots of stores, on bus line, and schools. i like living here to really start off as a couple with low income. its not that bad to live here, its okay. :)
