WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS NOW , AND IT IS DEFINATLY GETTING BETTER. UNDER THE LAST MANGER, MENS WAS HANGING OUT AT THE LAUNDRY ROOM,DRUG DEALING,ACTIN THE FOOL. BUT THE NEW MANGER IS CHANGING THINGS. CLEANIN UP THE PLACE, CLOSED THE GATES, STOPPED THE DRUG DEALERS, EVEN GOT THE POLICE TO BUST A FEW! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING HARD TO CHANGE THIS PLACE FOR THE BETTER!NEW MAINT MANS TOO!
