Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
tenants complain about carpeting, dirty air vents, no A/C, lack of communication from management regarding repairs.... timetable on repairs'' when it rains it floods, deposit for gate that is not manned or in operation, if you don't break it you fix it attitude.... 2005.
