The change management I think once a year. That way they can blame the previous manager. My daughter lived here for a year. The apartment did not have hot water, a working fridge or stove. Florida law deems this apartment unlivable. We had to contact another apartment complex in Florida under the same management company to have any of those things fixed. They also tried to raise my daughter's rent in the middle of the lease. My husband and I fixed things in the apartment to make it better for her and the kids. She now lives in a place much better than that. Do not live here. Not safe for kids either.

I live on the property and know who you are. You just like to complain about everything and think your daughter is a reflection of you. Scared your Disney elite friends might find out you have a daughter that has to live like eerything else.
